The Pathfinder area can be broadly split into 4 areas: West Bromwich/Greets Green, Smethwick, Soho/Handsworth and Lozells/Newtown/Aston.
Area Frameworks were worked up for each of these areas for the first Prospectus and together they set out the vision for market renewal and the scope of opportunities. These will be further developed into Area Investment Plans (AIPs) during the first half of 2005 and guide the next programme.
The AIPs will be underpinned by effective consultation to secure the widespread support from key stakeholders.
